Welcome to GuruBridge LLP. By accessing, registering an account, or booking a session on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Mentee Terms of Service, our Code of Conduct, and our standalone Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

Platform / GuruBridge: The online marketplace and technology interface operated by GuruBridge LLP.

Mentors / Success Icons: Independent experts, professionals, and industry leaders onboarded by the Platform to offer guidance.

Mentee / You: The individual client registering an account and/or booking a session on the Platform.

Session: The virtual, live interactive one-on-one meeting facilitated through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Guardian Supervision

2.1 Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book a session independently.

2.2 Minor Mentees: If the recipient of the mentorship session is under 18 years of age, account registration and session booking must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian explicitly accepts these terms on behalf of the minor and must remain present online for the entire duration of the Session.

3. Account Security & Platform IP

3.1 Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3.2 Session Materials: Any digital materials, notes, or frameworks provided by Mentors during a session are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not publish, modify, or distribute these materials.

3.3 Platform IP: All logos, platform UI/UX designs, proprietary software, algorithms, and brand assets are the exclusive intellectual property of GuruBridge LLP.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

4.1 Advance Payment: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Applicable statutory taxes (such as GST) will be itemized at checkout.

4.2 Cancellation Schedule:

More than 48 hours: 100% full refund.
24 to 48 hours: 50% partial refund.
Less than 24 hours / No-Show: No refund.

4.3 Platform or Mentor Cancellations: If a Session is cancelled by the Mentor or GuruBridge LLP, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method. Technical disputes arising during a session are evaluated internally by GuruBridge LLP, whose decision is final.

5. Engagement Rules & Anti-Poaching

5.1 Conduct: You must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor. Harassment, inappropriate language, or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate termination of the Session without a refund and permanent platform suspension.

5.2 Strict Non-Solicitation: You are strictly prohibited from soliciting, inviting, or transacting with any GuruBridge Mentor for private consulting or mentorship outside of the Platform. Any attempt to transact or communicate privately outside platform channels will result in immediate account termination and potential civil action for business damages.

5.3 Recording Ban: You are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing screenshots, or publicly broadcasting audio/video from any Session without prior written consent from both GuruBridge LLP and the Mentor.

6. Liability & Indemnity

6.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes: Advice provided by Mentors represents their personal and professional opinions. GuruBridge LLP does not guarantee specific career, financial, or personal outcomes. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on mentorship guidance.

6.2 Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuruBridge LLP from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising out of your breach of these terms or misconduct during sessions.

6.3 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GuruBridge LLP's total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific session in question.
